Hardware: We will use the hardware (sensors, I/O, PLC etc...) of your choice or recommend the one that gives the best value for the project at hand.

Machine Design

Each of us have had nearly 20 years of experience each in machine design and automation.  We understand not only how to design a machine, but how to find the right design that corresponds to the point of diminishing returns as it applies to repeatability, reliability and maintainability.  This means you get the best "value" in a machine that exceeds your needs.

We can work under your engineers or with a production supervisor to handle complete project management scope.  We can use your in-house tool & die and maintenance personnel to fabricate components or outsource them handling all matters so the project is turn key for you.

Panel Building

Whether it's "one-off", multiple product, or systems solutions we will provide offsite panel building & configuration and work with either your in-house personnel or local contractors to install and run any required services to the panels to complete that portion of the installation.

We database our wiring diagrams so there are secondary and tertiary QC checks ensuring there are no wiring mistakes upon startup.

Programming

Windows Programming: VB.Net, C#, C++, J#, SQL, Access

Credentials:  MCSD, instructor, 30 years of programming from writing BIOS in the early 80s to the latest programming techniques as taught by http://www.techskills.edu , BS in Computer Science, Emporia State University

Product Development

Conceptualization:  We use excellence in communication to establish exactly what your goals are, then use the Value Engineering principles birthed by the late Lawrence D. Miles to maximize the quality of the product while minimizing costs and materials.  Using Solid Edge, a modern 3D modeling software, you get to see real-life pictures and motion videos before your product is built. 

Realization: We work with you to determine the best materials and fabricators for your product combining custom fabrication with off-the-shelf components to keep costs to a minimum.
