Personal financial stewardship allows each of us to bring a smaller financial demand to the company.  The I.M.S. building was built in 2003 on personal property debt-free.  Consequently, overhead is essentially supplies and business insurance.

Save because you buy direct

Although not mandatory, we offer a way to save on purchased parts and materials if so desired.  Our B.O.M. sharing principle is simple:  If you want to save "parts markup", you may purchase your own materials for any project or product.  Our requirement is that we either specify the bill of materials or approve them so there are no surprises.  This savings translates to thousands on a large project.  This is a concept we are introducing; one which has been very attractive to many of our clients.

• $75/hr, industrial work
• $90/hr MCSD windows programming
• $0.46/mile travel, for automobile
• $20/hr travel plus necessary expenses, per individual
